In the last decade, I’ve been deeply involved in the analysis, diligence, and integration activities for more than thirty M&A transactions globally.

As CIO and CTO, I set technology vision and roadmaps for enterprise-wide systems, applications, and security — leading large teams and managing significant operating and capex budgets at Equifax, The Weather Channel, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Kimberly-Clark. I’ve served as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to boards, C-suite peers, and business unit management teams across manufacturing, hospitality, media, and financial services.

When advising venture capital and private equity-backed companies, I bring the diverse perspective gained building IT capabilities inside large enterprises. I’m a natural problem solver who thrives in fast-paced turnaround situations. I graduated from Auburn University with a BS in Business Administration, concentrating in operations and production management.
